At Skoop, your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Skoop Skincare is a trading name of Alison & Grace Ventures Pty Ltd (ACN 664 128 018), and we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you shop with us, create an account, subscribe to our emails or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address; your order history and preferences; payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we never store your full card details); and technical information such as your device, browser and IP address, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders; provide customer support; send you order confirmations, shipping updates and — where you've opted in — marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time; improve our products, website and marketing; and comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run Skoop: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors (including Afterpay and PayPal), shipping carriers (including Australia Post), email and marketing platforms, and analytics providers. We never sell your personal information. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it's protected to a comparable standard.
