HOW WE SWEAT BETTER
We choose better ingredients
Nah, we really mean it. We primarily source locally, and when we can’t, we make sure our choices are sustainable. For example, many of our hero products are sourced right from our own backyard. Australia literally has some of the most powerful and restorative natural skincare ingredients; we’d be crazy not to use them. As a small business, it’s our job to do our part.
Check out our ingredient glossary and see why each one made the cut. We’re all about transparency—so you know exactly what’s in our products and why these powerhouse ingredients were handpicked for fellow sweaters around the globe.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder (Aloe Vera Leaf Juice Powder) - Mother nature's answer to skin friction . This juice, when used in powdered form, soothes and nourishes the skin while also calming redness and fighting off bacteria.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride - The KWEEN of gentle hydration for replenished skin. Read it again, we said gentle, cause when you are slapping it on thick between the thighs, breast and butt - or wherever you desire - you don’t want nasties included.
Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil - the multi tasking ingredient that really requires no introduction. Here to help in the production of collagen, improving skin elasticity (read, firmer moisturised skin) while also aiding in the reduction of dark spots, soothing redness and working against an uneven skin tone.
Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax - The planet loving alternative to bee’s wax. This wax is derived from the power house that is the Candelilla plant. We love it because it creates a natural barrier of protection when applied to the skin surfaces. A total no brainer when you’re dealing with friction and chafe.
Tapioca Starch - we like to call her natures talc, cause god help us we would never use the real stuff. Derived from the roots of the Manihot esculenta (Cassava) shrub, this key ingredient absorbs oil and gives our Skin Shield that dry touch finish to keep you feeling fresh and fine, all day and night.
Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Seed Oil - this non-fragrant plant oil is packed full of rich fatty acids and antioxidants to nourish and hydrate the skin without making it oily. Bye bye, dry patchy skin.
Terminalia Ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Seed Oil - Okay okay a massive flex coming up…native to Australia and known as the world’s richest natural source of Vitamin C. This little beauty helps to brighten skin and slow signs of ageing.

We Chose Better Packaging
Think cardboard and PPE plastic are the bee’s knees? We did too—until we dug deeper. Sure, they’re better than non-recyclable packaging, but they can only be recycled once before hitting a dead end.
The real star? Aluminium! It protects from light, air, and moisture (so you can slather and lather longer) and is infinitely recyclable. Not feeling the DIY vibes of turning our tins into jewellery holders, herb pots, or cheeky stashes (nudge, nudge)? No worries—you can recycle them (endlessly)! They could end up as anything from car engines to aircraft. So next time you catch a ride, remember: you might be cruising on something you helped create!
N.B. This doesn’t mean we never use other recyclable materials, but whenever we can, we go for those that can be reused again and again and again!
We choose better manufacturers
Right now, we work with two fantastic suppliers—one right here in Melbourne and one in China. We’re all about sourcing the most sustainable materials, whether they’re from our hometown or from around the globe. Our Melbourne manufacturer is certified by GMP and SMETA, ensuring top-notch quality and ethical practices. Our international partners also do their bit to minimise their environmental impact, with products that are FDA approved. We’re committed to making sure every step we take is as responsible and eco-friendly as possible.
