We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. International post will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping is free with orders $50 or over.

Otherwise a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping or a flat rate of $15 for express shipping applies.

Due to the nature of our product we do not provide returns for change of mind. However if your item has arrived damaged please email hotline@Skoopskincare.com with your order number, and a description of the damage (including photos) within 7 days of receipt.
