Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. International post is calculated at checkout.

Shipping is free with orders $50 or over. Otherwise a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping or a flat rate of $15 for express shipping applies.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped — use it to follow your parcel directly through the carrier's website.

Delivery estimates

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we don't provide returns for change of mind. However, if your item has arrived damaged or you've received an incorrect order, please email hotline@skoopskincare.com with your order number and a description of the damage (including photos) within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition — no refund can be made for products that have been used. We recommend using an insured or registered postal service for returns, as we aren't responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
